In Part 1 of this interactive seminar on Fiduciary Duty 101, Ryan Morton will explain the definition of “fiduciary” including what the duty entails, and what steps trustees should take to ensure they are preserving the trust of the pension.
Part 2 of this seminar – When What Can Go Wrong, Goes Wrong: Fiduciary Dilemmas, John Motylinski will highlight examples of fiduciary breaches in Illinois, focusing on what went wrong and what the consequences were. Advice will also be given to avoid similar situations in your pension fund.
