    Carolyn Welch Clifford selected as Public Safety Affinity Group Chair for NAPPA

    Carolyn Welch Clifford has been selected by the Executive Board of the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys (NAPPA) to serve as its Public Safety Affinity Group Chair. Created in 1987, NAPPA is a professional legal and educational organization. Its membership consists exclusively of attorneys who represent public pension funds.
